Samuel Rama
He has a degree in Fine Arts from the Caldas da Rainha School of Arts and Design, where he has been a lecturer since 2003. He has a PhD from the Polytechnic University of Valencia. Artist and teacher, his work focuses on researching the intricate and complex relationship between the mediums of sculpture, drawing and photography and notions of landscape. His solo exhibitions include: Habitar a Penumbra(2005), Módulo – Centro Difusor de Arte, Porto; MAGMA (2008), Galeria 111 – Lisboa e Porto, SCANNING (2010) Arquivo Fotográfico de Lisboa, Lisboa; MEGAPARSECS (2012) Teatro da Politécnica, Lisboa, ou mais recentemente INSPIRARE Galeria 111 – Lisboa.
